Here's an easy way to make a baked potato that almost falls apart on your dish. When you push it down with your fork it leaves small fluffy chunks of potato that are infused with butter, garlic, and pepper. When you serve these your guests are sure to smile.
I used the Weber 21" with Kingsford Blue Bag. It cooked for 1 hour and 20 minutes at 350 degrees F. or 176 degrees C.
