Walt Whitman knew this perfection in the universe. I think that Dr. John has nailed the idea of non-judgmental consciousness as the path to transcendence and peace and authenticity and freedom. Its not just that we have biases occasionally but rather the whole way we think 24-7 IS judgmental and the reference point is - ourselves. Not a healthy place to be. I never actually realized just how judgmental I was until I watched some of Johns videos. Thanks DR. PS - absolutely true about brain chemistry - feeling down? Sing a song, watch Sponge Bob, go for a walk to see the sunrise, ride a bike - your hormones and neurotransmitters will become positive and you will feel good naturally - no pharma.

Hi Dr. Demartini this make so much sense, thank you! Your method helping to resolve trauma is amazing! I found non judgment and seeing myself neither above or below anyone a year ago. It was like switch in my brain that turn off. My path was using the enneagram, seeing myself for all the opposite you mentioned. I realized if I’ve been an unhealthy 9 (peacemaker) most of my life how could I judge others. The enneagram also gave me perspective of how others look and act unaware of their nature. Using the enneagram, I see a mountain with 9 paths reaching the peek, as we find our harmony and balance we move higher up the mountain. The closet to the top the closer all paths are to each other. I’m still waking up, but I think my mission might be helping people like your doing.

I love your process for entitling the method. That stems from the balance even! At first calling it this proper scientific name gave the downside that it was too confusing the upside that it was accurate. Then realizing why it was confusing as a downside revealed that the synchronicity that you found it as a means as it’s operator or discoverer should be called under your name with the fear that it may come off as prideful, and instead seeing that simplicity and changing our definition from ownership to pioneer we were able to give it our name as a flagship for others to follow in our wake.

I Like your perception of both sides. Opposites. That is true.I have planted a seed and it took some years to grow. Most decisions in my life were made in ignorance until I began to study. I could see yes self introspection. I had a great eye opening spiritual experience. The change started in my 30s. I am no longer the same considering other people as being so essential and actually beginning to love other people for who they were. Seeing them in a new light. Thanks for your comments on a soul level. Just loving people as they are. Great teachings John. Many blessings Love and wisdom to you and yours. Great Dr. With knowledge of behavior. I have studied many modalties in mental health and it is true for every negative you have a positive, you can change your perceptions at every given moment, spirituality is all about being still and going within and asking the universe specific questions and your heart will give you the answer. My question is , how can you totally quiten the ego to not take over your perceptions? I know the more you meditate and quiet the mind the ego calms down and withers but what if you can't control say one of your perceptions on a particular topic what can you do to help get rid of it totally?

You're balancing the mathematical equation of your mind to bring your ratio of perceptions back to a 1:1 ratio. So if you see an event as more negative than positive, then you need to add more positives to balance the equation. If you see an event as more positive than negative then you need to find more downsides to bring it back to balance (1:1). Anytime you have an imbalance in your ratio of perceptions you'll experience that as an emotion. So balancing the ratios of your perceptions means you also dissolve the associated polarized emotion. I can recommend coming to the Breakthrough Experience if you'd love to learn more about the Demartini Method - you can find out more about the program here: demartini.ink/3jYF8ZU If you'd prefer to chat to a member of my team about the program, book a call here: demartini.ink/3WPrREE Hope to meet you at the program one day soon ❤️

I just don't understand one thing: how can someone criticise you and someone praise you at the exact same second? Do you mean that by criticising you they actually praise you? Or is it when they criticise you, you praise yourself in your mind or remember others praising you?

Hi Sylvana. Yes, at the exact moment that you perceive this individual criticizing you, who was praising you in that moment? Can be self or other. You can learn more about this synchronous balance here: kzitem.info/news/bejne/lHd312p3cIthoYo

You become aware of only one half of the equation at the point of perception, so the half that you're conscious of and the other half that you're unconscious of.
