Of course there will always be Samoans on all these Polynesian videos who claim they ruled this and that, but I have not seen one monument in the Pacific, outside of Samoa, built or attributed to Samoans. Yet here on KZitem, there are many videos showing many places outside of Tonga with monuments shown attributed to being built by Tongans themselves or by the locals under Tongan rule at the time.

Great theory and it sounds like a logical conclusion thus far. I think you have to tread carefully and also expect some negative comments when ever you talk about Tongan empire coz it stirs up our Samoan brothers. My girlfriend and I were on a 7week holiday in South America recently and when we were in Santiago Chile in Feb this Rastafarian hippy looking guy comes running up to me and asked where my Tattoos were from and I told him Tonga. He then told me that he is from Rapanui and was disappointed when I told him that I hadn't been there and didn't plan to visit. He then in a faka'ofa sort of tone said that I should come and visit the place. He was real happy to see me as if I was like a long lost cousin or something which is funny after watching this video. I've watched a few documentaries in the past about Rapanui but never knew that it's part of Chilean territory. I've also found out that a majority of the international donations for the conservation of the Moai is just pocketed by the Chilean government and a small fraction is given to Rapanui. Aparantly the Chilean govt. don't like Polynesian dignitaries going to Rapanui. I think the Rapanui people have a yearning to be more connected to the rest of Polynesia. Hopefully your research and videos are a step in the right direction.

Every video here on KZitem about the Pacific or History that I came across, there will be a negative comments from my Samoan brothers and Sisters. I don't know what's wrong with them but I think they're so jealous about Tonga the place with the most riches culture and History in the Pacific. The History of Samoa stayed in Samoa and no one in the Pacific knows about it because only Samoan knows a Samoan with their own stories that no one cares about or talk about. Tonga is related to all the Pacific Islands through traditions and cultures and they have Histories that most of the Pacific islands knew and they talked about it and they also love Tongan more than Samoan but I don't wanna argue about this whole shit because it will never end. Our children will continue this arguement until the judgment day! 😂😂 peace out 👌

Absolutely beautiful and find my feet planted in the ground doing this dance with you and feeling all of my ancestors that performed this when they walked this earth. Thank you for sharing your research I am blown away and feel like this is part of something big but someone went above to try to hide this fact. I always of the Tuu Tonga had some connection to the Vikings and the Titans. My Tongan roots and who I come from seemed like their spirit is one in the same. God bless you and hope to see more upload. Ofa Lahi atu mei America
