Interesting to see how some of the other training days are for Dan instead of just seeing his PRs and top sets, thanks for sharing. Blessings

Dan is great at closing that distance between powerlifter and bodybuilder. Keeping lean and with that amount of sheer strength, really great for powerlifting.

As someone who will probably never be an elite power lifter, I think Animal is smart to post videos of daily sessions, warm ups, etc. I love watching dudes smash PRs, but the reality is, that’s the finished product after months of hard work, discipline and extreme attention to detail in programming, recovery and nutrition. Mad props!

Reason why he's my favourite powerlifter, could probably win a bb show if he entered, he's already pretty damn lean wouldn't take much to be show ready

I learn a lot just by watching. It helps me combine all of my experiences training with everything that I've read about training. I have implemented a few things I've learned from watching Dan train in my own training and have had positive results.

Powerlifters, Strongman and even Oly Lifters incorporate "bodybuilding" assistance work into their training. You gotta remember, a bigger muscle has the potential to be a stronger muscle. This isn't new guys.

It's great to see this style of training from Dan Green. It just goes to show his body was built with a combination of powerlifting and bodybuilding, not just hitting big numbers all the time. Though, I'm willing to bet those big lifts put on most of the size.

Quite edutaining as usual but especially with this one. Super setting and circuits are the goodstuff. I was thinking perhaps the final move in "45 circuit" D.G would do a hammer curl.

Great new content for Dan, I don't think I've seen a video like this of him, is this his usual training style just after a meet? More bodybuilding style? It gives a good insight into what one of the best in the world is doing all year round.

Mikey Pee Yeah, by isolating muscles that don't get fully activated from compound movements, you can maximize their development which increases how much they can contribute to a compound lift, increasing how much you can lift and the stability with which you lift a weight in a complex movement.
