Annapurna Base Camp (ABC in short form) Trek itinerary will be 7 to 12 days from/to Pokhara and 2 transportation days from/to Kathmandu depending on your time and level of your physical fitness.
While considered a moderate trek, it still has its challenges, including steep and rugged trails, walking over stone stairs, and continuous walking for 5 to 6 hours per day. However, with patience, confidence, and physical fitness, the trek is easily achievable.
It is moderate grade adventure trekking because of the maximum elevation that you'll stay overnight at 4130m(ABC).
Most rooms have two single beds in them, so you'll be sharing with another member of the group. In most of the tea houses, there's bedding on the beds. But you'll also have your sleeping bag, which is super important. You need to bring a really good sub-zero sleeping bag, as the temperatures drop the higher we trek.
The Annapurna Base Camp Trek Distance entails a 14-day adventure with a round trip of a total distance of 115 kilometers. You will be walking an estimate of 11 kilometers for around 4 to 6 hours on an average per day.
It will be the best choice for beginners and for the traveler enthusiast. Walking through the Circuit is a classic trip right around the huge massif of mountains that make up the Annapurna range. Though it has some steep climbs, it is not difficult and the views along the way are spectacular.
This elevation is high altitude with 30% less oxygen than sea level running through your blood stream and muscles. On our itinerary you have to walk for 7 days before reaching Annapurna base camp at 4,130m/ 13,550 feet.
In conclusion, while the Annapurna Base Camp trek involves certain costs, its overall value in natural beauty, cultural immersion, personal development, and unforgettable memories make it an expedition well worth undertaking.
