Thank you so much for this footage. This is my favorite band and they hate video's being taken so there isn't much like this around. Probably some of the best footage I've seen captured of Guthries playing. He's so phenomenal!

Yeah, they cracked down on phones after the second song. I totally agree too. It's distracting and obnoxious. There was a really nice girl with a super sweet ass high end camera that was gone after that too. :'( They did say however, @ 18:40 they were "not philosophically opposed to taping" just not holding the phones up. I was using a compact Sony Cybershot with the viewfinder off and held at chest level. You can say this one was filmed from the heart. I just hope they approve of this personal recording. The "pro" shot videos are great and I collect and encourage everyone to do so to support the band. There is something completely outstanding about watching raw uncut brilliance to be appreciated. I'm like Dory the fish and I need this. KZitem is my icloud. Besides, why should I keep this to myself? My channel isn't intending to exploit, but to share, promote and inspire. All copyrights are intended to to be auto-applied to the owner and that all gets complicated. "Fan filmed" videos are the new phase these days and I don't want to encourage abuse of the policy. I'm glad this POV is agreeably as spectacular as I think it is too. Humans at their best. Fuck A.I.

These guys deserve to be playing stadiums. I know it doesn't work like that, but they are so Godly talented. Absolutely legendary musicianship. 🤘🤘

Ive noticed at the end of all their shows, they pull out these mysterious devices and start communicating with their alien friends thanking them for helping them ROCK....because they really are OUT OF THIS WORLD

If EVER a band needed matching outfits, it's THESE DUDES. (They look like 3.......JANITORS!) (I'm sorry, but honesty matters more than ppl's feelings.) (Nothing improves without criticism!) COOL MUSICIANS HAVE VISUAL STYLE, not just SONIC style! BOWIE. JIMMY PAGE. (Look at his dragon suits!!) 1978 EDDIE VAN HALEN. (Who later looked like a....Janitor.) QUEEN. KISS. ALICE COOPER. DAVID LEE ROTH! SYSTEM OF A DOWN. BILLY IDOL. THE BEATLES. ELVIS! MADONNA! EARTH WIND & FIRE! most COUNTRY ACTS had fabulous outfits! most FUNK bands had fabulous outfits! BLACK SABBATH!! Even Pink Floyd had psychedelic super-style at first, and later their boring clothes were TRUMPED by their distinct good looks and long hair, and Roger's ugly-handsome face! ARISTOCRATS WOULD BE 8 TIMES BIGGER IF THEY HAD SOME VISUAL TRADEMARK IN THEIR OUTFITS. (There's a reason zillions of bands had matching outfits in all genres: it make the band more UNIFIED and distinct!) Even Metallica's anti-spandex policy and Nirvana's Slumming-Losers look were still ACTUAL STYLE, cuz they made it work and made it into a "STYLE". STYLE MATTERS. That's what makes ROCK extra-special vs Classical or most jazz.

These dudes could even maybe get away with 3 "TUXEDO" T-shirts, so it's FAKE that they're dressed FANCY!

As much as they may love playing in a bar, these guys deserve so much more... These guys are gods when it comes to composing. They should be worshiped by all!!

I will admit, seeing this otherworldly inhuman talent in what amounts to just a 'room' was absolutely humbling, akin to seeing any of the great acts of history before they blew up. The fact that they choose not to blow up and instead offer that intimate experience to as many as possible is something that personally, I'll be forever grateful for. I saw them in Portland just a few days ago at a sold out show of around 700 and it was truly awesome in the classical sense of the word.
