I have become more comfortable on camera, but how I feel about my physical appearance can have an impact on whether or not I am comfortable. This has made me more conscious about taking care of myself.

I'm comfortable being on camera most of the time. My issue usually comes after I start rolling and start tripping over my words deep in the video.

I am nervous to confront the camera lens, but I think practicing with voice recording is going to help. I have been developing confidence with voice recording, and as I practice I improve. One thing I have learned is that speaking slowly sounds better when replayed.

Hmm, I think some of both. I love to be in front of people, whatever chance I can get, but I do get nervous when going in a new direction. Video is relatively new to me.

You really do start to become more confident the more you do something because of the better you start getting at that thing.

NLP is the best. Some of the first works by Tony Robbins , Unleash the Power Within” is where I first heard of this back in the 80’s. Everything she talks about, from anchoring to visual remembrance is spot on. Great interview. It’s great to hear someone else has a working knowledge of NLP and helps others reach their full potential and smack fear in the face!

Thanks. Great tips. This is a huge issue. I had done lots of public speaking, lecturing and TV work before starting KZitem, but making videos is such a whole different experience. You are in a room on your own. No one giving you positive encouragement or feedback, which we usually need in such situations. It does feel very unnatural for everybody when they start (and even after a long time doing it). It’s even tougher if you have to use a teleprompter. But practice makes better, if not entirely perfect! :-)

My number one tip is when I step on the stage I fart. No one is going to hear that but it makes me loose and I find it hilarious and funny that gives me an instant genuine smile. 2-3 hours before your speech have a delicious chilli bean and you'll going to have a blast on the stage!

Confidence comes from knowing who you are. When you don't know your image in God you need to put on other peoples image to give yourself confidence. This is called being fake. Which is why actors and professional athletes hire image consultants because they don't know who they are.

Hey I say jump into the ocean find the closest stage you can get on to get on it and just start talkin sooner your comfortable in front of people live the more comfortable you will be with yourself so when you get in front of the camera you by yourself it'll be more natural for you know my curiosity will be since I started my channel I haven't done, did you know due to this situation the bars are closed so the next time I go to my next comedy show I'm curious and I know I'm going to be more relaxed than usual but how the channel will affect my presents now that I'm comfortable on my channel will I be more comfortable in front of an audience

I already bought the essential equipment that Thinks Media recommends, and next July 23, I will post my first video. I have a question? I plan to buy the Ipad 7th to use it for editing with Luma. What do you think?

I think anchoring is gold. Now I realize I do it on other parts of my life For example. When I get to work. As soon as I get out of my car. I say “let’s do this” and pump my energy. Thanks for the reminder to generalize such things.

I think what stops me the most is thinking about all the preparations for doing a video, ( time, lighting, subject matter, on location or in the office with a green screen) . I think and plan so much , I end up not doing it .

I joined Toastmasters 6 months ago because I wanted to get into public speaking. I had no idea how much it would help me with my videos. I also had no idea that KZitem would help me with Toastmasters. This video definitely brought to light, how I should use my body when speaking to people. Thank you!

Sean thats the hoodie sweater I ordered. 3 weeks ago during 7 Day Challenge and still waiting. (got notification your people sent it back then) Thunder Bay Ont, Canada, I expected a wait in delivery time, and a lady at the building told me it takes a long time, for orders to arrive. But I am so looking forward to getting it. Glad to see your actually wearing it! Cheers, Peace!

I knew you were in San Diego, where I’m from yet in Hawaii now...Love how much she’s studied about the brain and how people perceive you. About to pull the trigger tomorrow and delve into KZitem (with the bundle) 🙌🌎👌 Excited to share my story with the world. I wish to help men find themselves and be able to relate with people in a more genuine level and remove the stigma of watching porn. I lost my job recently however believe this is my time. Ready to invest in myself as it will pay off in the long run. Going to make another channel in a week or so. You guys will see me on stage one day!

Wow, the three tips are awesome. I was listening to the podcast as I was setting up to record a video. I am going to make sure to use anchoring, gestures, and spacial anchoring in this video. I move the graphics to align with where the eyes look. This video easily helped me improve at least 1% with this video.
