At first, I expected to be laser-cut pieces, but then he explained the procedure. What a craftsman! Yes!..I love these videos and I would love to see more videos about a specific item and the man/woman who put the time and effort in it to make it pristine. Normally they get to little stagetime in my opinion. Thanks again.

Very cool!!! I was wondering how they glue it together and love the fact they glue everything face up and then just sand it until the clean wood I left!!! They should make it a part of their collection and just change the motiff

Love the workmanship, always appreciate that. I've worked with African Blackwood which is even darker than Ebony, both really fine grained and difficult to work with, but beautiful nonetheless. Thought provoking video.

Thank you for the insight, I have not dared look at the costs of such a beautiful watch. I do so enjoy watching a craftsman at work. Any chance of - say a 40 minute video of the actual assembly, maybe highlighting each stage please? I am waiting for a kickstart watch with, in comparison, very simple wood faces and a miyota quartz named something like Treecise.

Awful absolutely awful when is this nonsense going to stop what a dreadful watch dial even the marquetry very poor craftsmanship just look the way he works dreadful, has he ever seen real marquetry appalling dreadful please stop with these awful crappy watches. “Things are seldom what they seem…Skim milk masquerades as cream; Highlows pass as patent leathers; Jackdaws strut in peacock’s feathers…Black sheep dwell in every fold; All that glitters is not gold; Storks turn out to be but logs; Bulls are but inflated frogs." A great watch gets its value from the workmanship and the various complications, not a bunch of blingy novelty to make them attractive to tasteless rappers, sports personalities et,c. A watch is not meant to be ostentatious, they are meant to be cherished by ladies and gentlemen of good taste. They are not billboards for screaming "LOOK AT ME !"
