totally key!! and yet for many, so challenging to do. I like to slow down if I am preparing a meal, to focus on and give thanks for the food. to do it with respect. this anchors me. I also make sure to spend time each day doing nothing. not so much meditating, but just being still. our lives have become so unnaturally chaotic and noone has time for themselves. often people think they have to change their lives to achieve the peace or space they are desperate for. but in effect, you cannot get away from yourself so its imperative to start being present with yourself and then all outside witl naturally change. agree re the 'lockdown' - which is what planet earth is under rn. awesome advice!!
