Arthur Smith is the perfect fit for many reasons. 1. He saved the career of Ryan Tannehill who was a declining QB. Maybe he can do that to Matt Ryan. 2. He can change this culture completely of a losing franchise. Under him, Arthur Smith had a winning season in nearly ever season he was there.

I liked Joe Brady considering Joe Burroughs ascension. The more I looked at Arthur Smith, however, the more I think we got the get in 2021 at HC. The improvement of Henry from 1000 yd runner to 1500 then 2000 under Smith is impressive especially with Tannehill becoming an NFL QB with an impressive TD to int ratio. Completion %, nearly two 1000 yd receivers, and 4-500 yds from the two TE's suggest an offense that WILL run the ball if Smith can find his feature back in ATL, and still post impressive passing stats.

Julio Jones, I believe, may have a similarly structured deal. Not to mention, the Falcons still need a lot on the Offensive Line and the Defense.
