I've read a lot of comments all over where people say the Avetts sold out with this sound.... Truth is, they have 10 plus years of songs sitting around evolving right along with them. It's a journey with the Avetts, for sure.

+Edward Polenzani It's just one song man. It can't fulfill your every emotional need nor is it supposed to. It is for a specific feeling felt at a specific time. Glad to see the Avett brothers enjoying themselves in this one. Peace and hope.

honestly, I'm bummed that this is on the album, yet songs like Rejects in the attic, Spell of Ambition, and more Avett style songs aren't on there. Getting sick of the style changes in the last few albums. Metal in Magpie, now this. i guess I'm too much of a classic bluegrass, banjo and acoustic guitar guy. For the record, I'm not totally against change. give the album time to come out, and it'll grow on me.

I am a huge Avett Bros fan, and have been for years. Seen 6 shows in 5 states, and they always deliver. But this song sucks. It is overly manufactured and sounds like crappy "pop-country". Could easily see this being a big summer hit on radio stations that play terrible music. Really hope the rest of this album is better, and features the music that got them here.
