This time around there's no narration and I'm not in frame. This coming week most of the Christmas and New Year's decorations across Moscow will be taken down, and the city will return to its normal "non-festive" state, at least until a new set of Spring decorations goes up in a few months.
We had great weather yesterday and quite a bit of snow had melted away, so I took the opportunity to capture the winter wonderland that is wintertime Moscow by night, while the city is still at its best.
Of course you'll see the Bolshoi Theater, The Kremlin and Red Square, Saint Basils Cathedral and Zaryadye Park - as well as many other famous landmarks during this short montage.
Take a few minutes to soak in some of the highlights of the city center and Moscow River all from the comfort of... wherever you are! Please enjoy your personal tour of Central Moscow!
No post editing and effects applied with the exception of speeding up some footage, and stabilization with Mercalli V4 in tight zoom shots.
If you enjoyed the video, it would be great if you'd subscribe for more! Also, I'd love to hear your ideas on what you'd like to see me film in Russia, or otherwise!
Filmed in 4K UHD on Sony Rx10 M3 mirrorless camera (Tripod)
