I’m from Atlanta and can confirm that gangs didn’t officially exist until the city was suddenly flooded with others. Zone 1-6, neighborhoods and local gangs reign supreme. We prided ourselves on hustle culture and gift of gab mentality. Eventually outside influences left my wonderful city watered down or more like totally different.

As far as black on black struggle folk go, we need to learn how to embrace OUR OWN mimicking our REGIONAL styles. Not only that, but respecting, protecting, and crediting the personal trendsetters that START it. We need to understand that those that do it in the industry will ALWAYS NEED to double back to the originators for "what next?" Yes, they may get the bag and not split it accordingly, but that's why it's just as important to stay on your JOB, cause again, THEY HAVE TO DOUBLE BACK. I''m working on this myself. This Video pretty Biased lol You missing the Fact that Atlanta artists J Money & Yung LA creaated "Sauce" in 2008-2009 in our 'Swag Era' in songs: "J Money - Sauce" & "Yung LA - Eastside Hoe" & wayyy before TSF or Sauce Twinz existed lol thats been a saying here for a while and Drip is on record too. Gucci Mane even had that Infamous video Explaining "Sauce" to that interviewer before Sauce Twinz even formed lol The "Twin" shit was definitely a reach also. Also, Gangs been in Atlanta for a while since the late 90s. GD's & Crips were the main players back when the 8 Ball alliance was still active. A lot of ppl wasn't outside but i was.... Don't get me wrong though..."Cliques" were Prominent theme around the city though. It'll be Cliques that'll have ppl from different gangs in em, but it didn't matter as much as what Clique you were apart of did or what Project you were from. The Diablos, Down By Law, The Miami Boyz, BlackMobb, Da Fam, & ETC. were all pretty famous throughout the city for decades. The two latter ones DEFINITELY had GD & Crip Gang members in em as i had close friends who was in em and i watched those happen firsthand. But yeah... Atlanta be gettin a bad rap in a lot of videos for whatever reason, so i be having to clear shit up lol

Atlanta people need to stop getting baited into these conversations with people from Houston. They just be hating because they want the spotlight, and the way to get it is to go after who they feel is on top. I don't even know what Houston's sound is anymore. I could have sworn I saw Sauce Walka in Walmart in Atlanta a few months back. He was loud and aggressive, and came by me so I moved my basket so he could walk by and he told me to not be scared. I wasn't scared of him, but that Texas energy is very aggressive. I'm pretty sure it was him.
