She references MN 119 and then MN 128 to talk about the distractions and how to use the 6Rs to eliminate them.
Antra Berger is a senior student of Bhante since the late 90's and she and her husband Mark have arranged many retreats in California for TWIM students. This is her first chance to lead a retreat.
