Carbis Bay were originally a Taylor octave of 1946 vintage, they were then augmented by the same founder in 1959. They form a superb light 10 which sound excellent, some say they sound like a 'music box', however, don't let that deceive you, although very ringable they are notoriously tricky to strike well, especially around the front end.
Tenor 9-2-5 in G#, well worth a visit. Enjoy.
