I agree 100%. I took the whole month of January off caffeine. Yesterday was my first day back and I felt like the first time I had coffee, I felt like a super hero!

As soon as I start getting headaches when I don’t drink caffeinated drinks on time, I have to stop. I slowly wean myself off with tea or low caffeine fat burners until i don’t need it anymore.

“I don’t need the caffeine…. I just like the smell and the experience in the morning”… ok then do decaf? Lol but we aren’t doing decaf. sounds like addiction management to me… not pointing fingers. I’m just as addicted.

Caffeine still has benefits even if you don’t need it. Decaf is pointless unless you have a bad reaction to caffine or want to drink coffee at night.

Yeah, but my schedule requires caffine >.< as soon as I found the power of caffine ive been having caffine for two workouts a day, college, work, hiking, and biking... I dont get much sleep
