Bought this bike for my wife after I bought a Urtopia Carbon 1 for myself. This bike is waaay better bulit than the Urtopia. I regret getting the Urtopia. I dont think you will regret buying a Priority bike. Wife is averaging 60 - 75 miles per charge with her e- coast, and she can hit 24 mph in the standard setting.

Love the bike, and especially like the fact that they use chrome where other bikes use black paint that easily scratches. I’m old school and love that they made a bike that brings back my childhood. One question, though. Flat tires are inevitable, so how do you remove that rear wheel? Seems a bit complex as to a regular single speed cruiser.

"It won't be the right bike for everyone, but it's a great bike for someone." You could say that about every bike ever made, could you not?

Priority’s marketing really hypes up the rust resistance of their coast lineup but I wish it was easier for luddites like myself to have a sense for how that compares to their other bicycles or even other bicycles on the market.

Living a few minutes from the coast, my bike chains turn the color of Mars when I forget to keep up with oiling them. If that helps :-)

Having ridden 3000w+ e bikes(mid drives) I also ride a 250W mid drive e bike(pedal only) and at 36v 500Wh it is a very comfortable ride with a top speed of 25 kph before the motor cuts out. the bike is a Momentum Transend E+ 2022. Available in Australia for $2000.00(discounted) aussie dollars makes a bit of a mockery of a hub drive at that price. Basically with a mid drive the lack of power is well matched by a internal geared hub in the rear to give it ample power with different gears allowing you to not have to pedal like your being chased by a demon! I doubt you could get that from a hub motor. If they made that bike with a mid drive and a rear geared hub they would be on a winner.

Not everyone wants a mid drive though. I ended up going for a single speed hub motor as it was a great bike and I like repairing it myself, Vs having to work out how to fix a broken mid drive and added complexity and expense. I do like mid drives too, I enjoyed riding a demo bike with an automatic Shimano hub gear a few years ago. My bike was 1100 Vs 1600 for the cheapest mid drive at the time.

With cadence sensors you can pedal backwards and still go forward...

Nice in all… but can you leave it locked up unattended for hrs and not worry about? Not worth it. I can leave my cheap Walmart special overnight and not blink and eye. It gets stolen I can replace it 3x over for the money of this bike.

The amount of time NOT spent talking about one of the more important interfaces the bike has to offer in these reviews... the seat.

This is almost the bike i'm looking for, but it just falls too short. The battery and motor are underwhelming as i'd love to do long-haul road trips but i'd need a 1kw battery so i could go all day plus a more powerfull motor to handle the weight of loaded saddle bags. the tires and brakes are amazing though and the belt drive is a great upgrade over chain.
