That’s why I would take Isiah Thomas and Steve Nash (I know he doesn’t have any rings as a player, he has one with Golden State, in a Very bizarre way, as Nash was a consultant to HC Steve Kerr), I just think Nash really changed the landscape of what a PG could do in terms of helping others. @@chucknorris2418 here's what bothered me from an outsider (I am a Raptors fan but I live in NY, so I watch a lot of Knicks games). Good offenses are good for lots of reasons, but one of the things good offenses do is punish bad defenders, especially in the playoffs. The Knicks let Trae Young off the hook the entire playoffs by just letting him float on defense covering Bullock or RJ while Randle went hero-mode taking bad shot after bad shot after bad shot. The Knicks went out of their way to make it harder on themselves for no reason, not even trying to get Trae into switches and taking a lot of difficult, low efficiency shots. Philly is choking for different reasons, but in the first 3 quarters of games when they remember how to play basketball, they pick on Trae when they can and run up the score (to then remember who they are and choke in the 4th). The Knicks did it briefly in game 2 and got Trae in foul trouble but then just stopped doing it instead Randle kept taking baseline bricks and got knocked out the series. Good teams exploit opponents weaknesses, the Knicks just play the same game every time and hope it works.

Personally, I know I couldn’t do a fraction better than any of the worst shooters. But seeing someone pull up from half court and throwing up a brick is just hilarious.

Not surprised w Marcus Morris winning that, every time I see a clippers game he’s chilling there in the corner draining them. He also killed the mavs from the corners .

And they would pretty much double or triple team Curry from half court on must possessions so that's insane he's able to be that efficient.

These numbers just show that some front offices/coaches just don't understand the NBA. The best baseline shoot in the _entire_ league hit 52% of his shots, which is the equivalent to a 34.6% three, which is _below_ the league average for all threes (including heaves) and not nearly as efficient as shots from in the paint. No wonder Vucevic played for two losing teams, he was constantly taking bad, mid-ranged shots.
