I feel that since watching and following your channel I have changed the way I think and feel when lifting. I am much more focused on what my muscles are actually doing. It feels meditative. Great channel, Obi. You are great at explaining and demonstrating the details and I like that you don't try to be funny.

Been following your workouts for about a month religiously. Seeing big results. Is there anything I can do to strengthen my shoulder though? I was in a car accident and had many shoulder and knee surgeries. My knees are fine, but my shoulder still bothers me while lifting. I have already done all my physio. Is there anything I can do at home or on a regular basis to fight the pain? I have been doing spinal decompression and its been helping my shoulder a bit. Any info would be great! Cheers and best wishes for 2020.

Question.. On your lat pull downs you retract your scapula before each pull down and then fully extend at the end, causing you to have to retract once again on the next pull down. Could you stay in the "retracted scapula zone" by not fully extending when you go back up each rep? Would that keep more tension on the muscles?

Do you prefer below or above the knee for rack pulls? I've always found greater focus with above the knee. Are you getting more overall activation with below the knee and isn't it just awkward as shit?? Lol :P
