INGREDIENTES
- 200 Gr de mantequilla con sal
- 3 huevos medianos
- 250 Gr de azúcar morena o mascabado
- 150 Gr de azúcar blanca
- 75 Gr de harina de trigo todo uso
- 120 Gr de cacao en polvo
- 1 cda sopera de miel de abeja o 2 cdita
- 1 cdita de café instantáneo
- 1 Cdita de extracto o esencia de Vainilla
PREPARATION
We cover the mold with baking paper, for that we cut 2 strips of paper with the measure of the mold, then we grease the mold and cover both the walls and the bottom, the paper will help us to remove the brownie from the mold and prevent it from sticking.
On the other hand, in a bold we add the 2 types of sugar and mix, then we are going to add the eggs 1 by 1 trying to mix each time we add to the preparation. When we have mixed all the eggs with the sugar, we begin by adding the vanilla, honey and coffee, beating vigorously with the manual balloon whisk each time we add each ingredient.
(Add a splash of hot water to the coffee so that it dissolves), when the mixture becomes clearer, add the zernida flour and cocoa, change the manual balloon for a spatula and mix the preparation in an enveloping way until everything is very well compacted, finally we added the melted butter and again mixed in an enveloping way. at this time we add the chocolate chips to the mixture and mix.
We pour the preparation into the mold and spread it with the help of a spatula, we give the mold a few taps against the counter to remove the air bubbles from the mixture and we take it to the oven, preheating to 180° for 30 minutes. (The toothpick trick is not useful here to find out if it is inside, just look at the time, approximately 30 minutes.)
after the time we take out and let rest on a rack for 10 minutes. Once this is done, remove the mold with the help of the paper, remove the paper from the edges and cut into equal parts with a clean knife (for a clean cut, immerse the knife in hot water and dry it with an absorbent paper towel) and now if enjoy this delight... until next time...
