I am retired so I have the time to watch an enormous number of educational video, mostly on farming and tractor repair. Currently I have a wild hog problem so I'm looking for DAY/NIGHt scope. This is one of the best I have seen. Good explanations and examples and no verbal diarrhea. Thumbs up. Good job.

I"ve had the 4x32x50 model for about two years, and I love it. Very clear and bright out to 200yds or better. You can adjust the IR light to get max brightness. With my hog sniper light it"s even better. Only drawback is the 4 power is really about 6 so you lose field of view. Its flat out amazing.

Haven't had a chance to test if it holds zero, but mounts just fine and has nice clear glass. Centered vertically true to a plumb line with the crosshairs which is always a plus! It's a great kzitem.infoUgkxc4K63Fd5LglDMObu7-Bgapxp_ef0W8hE scope. There's no parallax adjustment or focus ring, so may be limited to 3-7x, have to see how it is on the range. Also be aware that the rings are "look through" so you can still use irons, but they are really tall if you only intend to use the optics. On a 22LR no biggie since I'm not shooting competitions or worried about a hard cheek press. Will boresight and range test, if all goes well, I'll leave it at that!

His would get pixels when he zoomed in, well just like the back near your eye turns for many adjustments the front did too which he didn't know and it made it clear up instantly, not sure if you knew that just seeing if it fixes your problems! I loved the scope honestly, thinking about getting one for my 308 build. 🤘🇺🇲

Any negative comments on sight mark nv are due to folks not understanding how to use it. The scope must be the correct mode for day vs ir night. The ir light must be used at night in order to see. The it light has the ability to focus the beam by twisting the front end. This is very important to improve the night image and allows you to see much further. These scopes are awesome, just need to understand how they work and take the time to set it up properly.

I was a huge fan of Sightmark night vision scopes. I started with the Photon XT. Loved it so much, I bought two more. It far exceeded the specs in the manual and I dropped a lot of big feral hogs with these scopes. One of them totally failed a couple of years ago and I quickly learned that Sightmark had quit supporting them. But they offered me a sweet discount on a Wraith, so I took it. Off to the range I went. I had no issues zeroing it on my 5.56. It worked like a dream. Then I put it on my AR-10 (.308 Win). It would not hold zero with that level of recoil. I was very disappointed and returned it to Sightmark for a full refund. (Their customer service is second to none!) So I was back to having just the two Photon XT scopes. This week one of them began to lose its zero when fired on a .308 Win. A trip to the range confirmed my fears. Bullets were hitting all over the target - but not the bullseye. A month early I was putting bullet through the same hole at 70 yds! I already know it can’t be fixed so I’ll have to relegate that one to my 5.56. It’s a shame that Sightmark can’t ruggedize these scopes a bit more. I need consistent performance on a .308 Win so I’ll have to opt for other NV solutions when my last Photon XT fails. One last plug for the Photon XT. It’s really an excellent scope. No bells and whistles. Black and white only. No recorder. But if you want to target and kill feral hogs, it will do that 24/7/365, and it will do it extremely well. IMHO, the Wraith was not a huge leap forward for Sightmark. A more rugged and compact Photon would have been my chosen option if it were available.

In this video when he shot the pig the scope didn’t go white. I just have a regular barrel with no attachments. Do you think a muzzle break or compensator would fix that issue? Will the scope hold up to a 450 bushmaster recoil

It's rated up to a .308. Now if that bushmaster has low recoil or a muzzle break O would think you would be ok. But that's my opinion

Can it handle 300wm?

Their recommendations are .308. However if your rifle has a good muzzle break or even an AR which produces less recoil I would think you would be ok

I have the Photon, and I really don't like it. Unlike my AGN thermals (Tvision) the app for the Sightmark product (StreamVision) is total crap and freezes every few seconds. Does the app work better with the Wraith?

I might be missing something buddy but there's no app for this scope.
