Ingredients:
500g small whole fish (like sardines or anchovies)
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup cornflour
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying
Instructions:
Clean the Fish: Clean the fish thoroughly, removing any scales or internal organs. Pat them dry with paper towels.
Make the Batter: In a bowl, combine all-purpose flour, cornflour, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, black pepper powder, and salt. Gradually add water to form a smooth batter.
Coat the Fish: Dip each whole fish in the batter, ensuring it's evenly coated.
