Great cooks don’t need culinary school just like the Holy Spirit of God teaches and reveals all things of God to man ( and man dosent need to go to seminary to learn of God and get certification or degree from man ) this man’s mamaa grandma maybe auntie too to gave him a personal experience and love of cooking and compassion and love for it in a different way then when you spend all that money and time being taught it’s kind of diffrent sometimes it’s done for money not with love and compassion etc sometimes

Even though I have found a way to get crunchy and crispy fried chicken without milk and eggs, I'm gonna try your recipe becuz I'm a sucker for chicken that fries up like yours The only scotch bonnet peppers I can find are the ones you hydrate. Is it okay for me to use those? Thanks for your response

Sashana Smith thanks a lot sash. You need 3 cups of oil and the water is good in the egg mixture so it doesn't get colour too fast. I'll make a sauce recipe soon😎 soon get you that BBQ recipe

Hi Morris, good job on what you are doing? Please when you said all purpose seasoning which brand is it? It does not look American at all, so which one so we all can be on the same page. Also, always remember to add names with measurements of what you used. If something is USA, say it, if not tell us the jamaican brands as well. Thanks and God blessed you
