I love fried oysters & order them everytime I go to my favorite restaurant but never knew how to make them. After watching your video I just orded 3 jars of whitestone oysters from the link you provided so I can make your recipe. They are extremely pricey but I know it's going to be worth it. Thanks!

Awesome. Yes, a little pricey, but worth it. Whitestone produces wonderful oysters, and they grow them just a few hours away from my house!

@@KitchenCraftFood Wow your lucky, it's is really cool that you live close by. I honestly didn't know where to get shucked oysters for frying because it's not something I see at the fish markets in NJ. Now that I know where to purchase them I'm sure I will be a regular customer of theirs in the future. First delivery is the 19th, so only three more days until I use your recipe. I can't wait!

Don’t need much when using great oysters. Ratios of corn meal, Wondra and Baking Powder are much more important. Oh, and no need to be a dick.

Tried oyster recipe last night. Your recipe was awesome, Ioved the crunchy crust. We couldn't find the ramps at our grocery store. But I think I going to use your Wondering Wader oysters next time. I had all kinds of size and only had about 6 that had a great oyster taste. But nicest, crunchy crust I have ever eaten. Thanks

My family is from the south and these oysters are terribly under seasoned! Come on where is the garlic powder, old bay or cajun seafood seasoning??? They look so bland and tasteless. He needs to learn how to properly season food. Thumbs way down

Have you even tried this recipe? Why would you criticize it if not? And don’t tell “it just sounds bland”. That’s lame. Try it and actually give me an honest critique. Geesh 🙄.
