The perfect fudgy brownies TASTY
Ingredients :
200g - Dark chocolate
1/2 cup - Butter
1 cup - brown sugar
1/2 cup - all-purpose flour
03 - large size Eggs
1/4 cup - Cocoa powder
1 tsp - Vanilla essence
Salt

Instructions :
1. First make the melted chocolate syrup -
take a little water in a saucepan and bring it to a simmer.
In the meantime cut the dark chocolate (200g) into small pieces and place them in a heat resistant bowl.
Now place the bowl on top of the simmering water making sure that the bottom of the bowl isn’t touching the water.
Then add 1/2 cup of butter to the bowl. Now mix the chocolate and butter together until melts.
After the chocolate completely melts and becomes smooth, take it off the heat and let it cool.
2. spread a pan with butter and line with parchment paper.
3. Then preheat your oven at 350℉ (180℃).
4. In a small bowl, beat the Eggs , Sugar , salt and Vanilla.
5. Mix all purpose flour, cocoa powder and add the previous mixture and carefully fold them using a spatula.
Now pour the batter into the prepared baking tray (7 * 7 inch )
Bake it in preheated oven for about 30 minutes (180℃)
When your brownie is baked take it out of the oven
