Where this tool really shines is during dry in, The other thing that it can do that is absolutely game-changing for a business is it makes hand banging shingles fast enough to be profitable if you sell it right. What you do is you take a nail gun and you shoot a couple nails into shingles at angles and stuff and show them all the ways they can overpenetrate on one side or under penetrate or whatever You just sell the inconsistency of the nail gun as opposed to hand driving nails, I kid you not there are roofing companies out there still More in small towns than other places but there are still roofing companies out there that hand bang roofs and people pay extra money for it because they really do believe that it's going to make a difference in the lifespan of the roof and people in $300,000 homes sometimes don't mind spending an extra three or $4,000 to have peace of mind about that investment and you got to bear in mind they don't know anything about roofing, or anything really

I roofed for a few years 30 years ago. All I had on roofing hammer I had a non-adjustable gauge. This new fangled roofing hammer would have saved a lot of time looking for my utility knife. Be careful retracting that blade! The magnet might not be a positive as it would attract dirt to your hammer face.
