This caldereta is the pork version of the well known beef caldereta. But this dish is also as good as it. This is a Filipino tomato based stew which you can use either tomato sauce or tomato paste. Liver spread is essential because it will not be a caldereta dish without the liver spread. I added some twist to it to make it flavorful.
TRY MY VERSION OF KALDERETANG BAKA

Here are the ingredients:
1 kilo pork ribs
cooking oil
1 medium carrot
2 medium potato
1 piece red onion, chopped
8 cloves garlic, minced
1 piece bell pepper, chopped
cheddar cheese, depending on your preference
4-5 tbsp peanut butter spread
1 pouch tomato sauce, (200 grams)
1 small can liver spread, (85 grams)
fish sauce and fine ground black pepper to taste
