Ingredients
Buffalo Wing Sauce
Approx. 1/3 cups or 58g of apple vinegar
Approx. 1/2 cup of 70g of tabasco
Approx. 1/4 tablespoons of 3.5g of seasoned salt
Approx. 1 1/2 tablespoons or 9g of fine red pepper powder
1 piece or 8g of butter

10 or approx. 380g of chicken drums
10 or approx. 250g of chicken wings

Buffalo Wing Sauce
Boil apple vinegar, tabasco, seasoned salt, fine red pepper powder and butter in a pan or pot in strong fire
When the sauce boils, wait about one more minute, turn off the fire and cool entirely

Rinse the chicken wings and drums well, and remove the water to prepare
Use a fruit knife to make marks in the chicken, and mix with 2/3 of the buffalo wing sauce in a bowl
If marks aren't made, mix the sauce and marinate in the fridge for about one day
Spread the seasoned chicken in an air fryer pan coated with cooking oil
In the air fryer, fry the chicken for 15 minutes at 180 degrees, then flip the chicken and fry it for 15 minutes more
The amount of heat can differ, so make sure to check the color and adjust time
Take out the fried chicken and use the leftover sauce to mix and transfer it to a plate
