Recipe: (If you are not using a big bundt cake tin like me, u should reduce the amount)
4 lemons
All purpose flour 300g
Sunflower seed oil 200ml (or grapseed oil)
Oat milk 200ml(or any plant based milk will work)
White caster sugar 200g
Bit of Vanilla extract
Baking powder 1teaspoon
Baking soda 1teaspoon
Icing sugar 130g(or more! to taste)
Options: dried lavender 1g, turmeric powder 1teaspoon
