Hi Todd! Just wanted you to know how much my husband and I have learned from you! As "experienced" golfers, we were playing more but making no progress until we started watching your videos. I now drive further, chip more consistently, and just enjoy the game so much more. My husband is the same. Before you my husband would not even USE a driver - now it's a regular part of his game. He recently started struggling with his irons, and could not figure out why. I just said to him "go back to Todd basics". Which he did, and it worked. Whenever one of my clubs stops working, I get back to "Todd basics" to sort it out. You are the BEST!

Thank you Todd. Appreciate your enthusiasm and knowledge. As a resident of WV, I have been a fan of Arnold Palmer for years. (Latrobe PA is about 1.5 hours away) Was fortunate to be in his gallery when he played in his last US Open at Oakmont in 1994, and attended his clinic when he opened his Stonewall course in Lewis County WV in the early 2000's. His love for his country, his fans and the game were so evident. He just exuded confidence, humility and charisma. I will always treasure the moments I had to interact with this great man.

John B here from South Africa. I get everything you say step by step. It makes sense too. I am a 7 handicap golfer for years and 60 years old. I regularly go to the driving range here in Bangkok to try things and I watched Rory M's driving swing a lot. I absolutely cannot believe his power and then his perfect balance at the end of his swing. Your tips are great, thank you. I always use to fade the drive most of the time, thinking I am not transfering my weight to the left enough to get the draw or hit it straight for that matter. I am definitely going to implement those 5 x steps and see what happens. Thanks a lot!

Allan Patrick - New Brunswick Canada Love this. It all makes so much sense and WORKS. A warmup trick now for me is to just concentrate on weight transfer back and through, including a big hip turn. Then when I add the club and make the shot, it all becomes fluid and I can accelerate through impact without the disconnect I had from "getting quick", which is th arms getting ahead of the weight shift.

I live on Vancouver Island in the city of Victoria, the capital of the Province of British Columbia, which is the mostly westerly Province of Canada. Victoria is on the southern tip of Vancouver Island. To give you an idea of how South West. Think of the US, Canada border. It dips south to allow all of Vancouver Island to be in Canada. Back when they drew the border, Canada was Britain. The port of Victoria was very important to Britain because of trade but more so militarily. Funny thing as the crow flies, we are about 70 miles from Vancouver. As the Seahawk flies, we are 70 miles North of Seattle. The Seahawks are my favorite NFL team, and the Vancouver Canucks are my favorite NHL hockey team. It rains a lot in both Seattle and Vancouver. We here in Victoria live in the rain shadow of the Olympic mountain range. Fortunately, that means we get less than half the rain of Vancouver and Seattle. I hope that gives you a good idea where I live. These are good golf tips. The one I need or should incorporate is the tiny step forward with your front foot and a larger step back with the back foot. The rest I do. A long time ago a much older friend of mine got me to change my grip. He wanted me to see two and a half to three knuckles. We are/ were members of the same rugby and cricket club. Nick was a teaching golf pro. When we met I was captain of our rugby team The Castaways, the cricket goes by the same name. Mostly because I played rugby for 23 years I have been fighting serious knee and back injuries. I would not bring it up but I am getting better and these past two weeks I am hitting the ball close to the sameway I did before the operations. I only played 3 times in three years. I was a six before then. I am half a club shorter right now which is fine. The good news is today at least half my shots were back to my distance. Ie my 5 iron is 180 yards then and today. I have Ping i3 clubs from 2002, they are very nice. I am quite sure the loft of my 5 iron are now what the loft of 6 irons are. Am I right. Yes I did hit the line and subscribe button because these were all good tips for me a 61 year old Sr

Allan Patrick - New Brunswick Canada. The VLS setup and swing naturally help me hit the ball straighter but tempo is my enemy. Occasionally the tempo is right and i swing easy, stay on the ball, and hit it further. Todd, thanks but I find the inconsistent guidance on driver improvement for senior very confusing . This video has different techniques for seniors then your previous seniors driver video. The last one spoke to raising the left arm as a way to obtain tilt. In This one, the arm stays at the traditional angle and you simply manually tilt. This one also has the hover nugget. The last one adjusted the foot positions and this one has them straight. I really suck with the driver. Perhaps I need your one on one lessons.

The camera position makes it look like the ball is farther forward than it really is. When I place my ball it is just a little forward of center and it makes a big difference.
