@@riseandalpine Yo man, love the vids. There's another mountain called mt. Baldy located just 1 hour away from Los Angeles. If you're ever in town I highly recommend it. It's got a really similar vibe to this place. Real laid back, excellent tree skiing and if you time it just right after a good dump of snow, endless powder.

Can't afford it my dude - barely can afford rent :). I know it rocks, but also comes without a lot of risks. Skiing is my number one sport and if I get injured, I want to do it skiing. I also love fishing in the summer!

@@riseandalpine I get that 100%. I’ve been skiing for years and never had any major injuries and the first year I started mountain biking I broke my hand. Its just something to keep me sane during the summer months while I’m waiting to ski.

As a local who used to live in Vancouver it's about a 5 hour drive but in prime season it would be sooo worth it you should define check it out!

Thanks for the recommendation on the X3! It's pretty incredible. How do you get the insta360 watermark off of your vids? I shot a few last week and noticed it's on every one.

Shhh Baldy sucks don't go! Honestly best tree skiing outside of Japan if conditions are right. But if your expecting lots ammenties, fast lifts etc it is not for you go to Big White or Sun Peaks and leave Baldy for the rest of old schoolers ;)

@riseandalpine

T2B is quick if you fire a groomer, but if you mess about in the trees 5-10 minutes or longer depending how adventurous you get. They don't have high speed lifts but the amount of untouched snow and cool terrain makes up for it!
