I am pretty sure the Return of the Ancients project is dead as it has been almost half a year since we have heard anything about it and I heard they lost multiple developers and now only a few people are working on the project Update:news from the last bacon the project is nearly complete and will release in 2024 or 2025

Sea to see sounds cool. But i tried installing it on steam deck and they make you go through allot of hoops to get it installed. "This depends on this. And this depends on this" and all ending in a bunch of stuff written in languages non-programmers probably won't understand. So if you're a programmer, great. And you can probably make the mod yourself. But if you're not, it isn't worth the trouble.

would you recommend to use all of these together?

I would not use all the content mods together as it may break some parts of the games but everything else should work together like the "quality of life" mods

This game is great shame that developers doesn't care like the Long dark for example which receives updates new Zones and DLC every year.

So at this point they have delivered an impeccable first game (10/10), a quite good second game (7/10) and they opened both games for being modded. Right now they are working on Subnautica 3 and you still feel entitled to more free shit? Or are you saying, that you would pay enough money for official DLCs so that this should be the only focus of the devs? Should the devs work for free just to please loshotrosha?
