Sienna is definitely well known. It used to be called Sienna Plantation in the past. One of the best places to live. Close to Riverstone, Telfair, Imperial Sugar Land, First Colony, Sweet Water etc. The only community that is similar (in terms of size) around the Katy, Richmond, Cypress area is Bridgeland.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I was told not to buy in Sienna. It ALWAYS floods. Any true to that statement?

@@brianjenkins8146 When you live in Houston-Sugar Land-The Woodlands areas, there isn't any of those locations that's exempt from flooding. I'd assume some parts of Sienna might be affected, but that goes for the whole of the Houston neighboring areas too -- Pearland, Galveston, League City, Conroe, Katy etc. The Ike Dike Coastal Project should take care of most of these things, but no area is exempt from flooding.

@@brianjenkins8146 - It's not true. Some parts of Sienna got hit hard by Hurricane Harvey (and there were a lot of photos of yards being flooded) - especially those "over the bridge", nearer to the Brazos river - whereas the "front" of Sienna nearer Hwy 6 didn't have issues. There's a levee which does a good job of managing the occasional downpours. Also, the houses are typically built on slightly higher ground so the roads and yards may get flooded while the house doesn't.

With a budget of $1.4M would you recommend sienna, Woodsons reserve or Dunham pointe for new construction home?

Why do you have a channel the same name as another Houston area realtor thats a woman? It's kinda weird.

There are quite a few apparently, decide for yourself who has the best content. It has to do with keyword search

Living in Houston Texas is what people are searching for. Not the realtors name. He is being smart
