RECIPE
Ingredients:
2 6 oz cans chunk light tuna in water, lightly drained (or whatever kind you prefer)
1 lb macaroni noodles, cooked al dente
1/2 cup sweet onion (finely diced)
1/2 cup celery (finely diced)
1/2 cup tomato, diced and excess moisture patted out with a paper towel.
4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 tbls Chesapeake bay or old bay Seafood seasoning
1 tbls Dill Mix or Dill weed
1 cup plus a few tablespoons more mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste
Splash of milk if needed for extra creaminess.
