This recipe is for 6 inches or 15-16 cm cake mold. And usually, you can cut such cake size into 8-10 pieces.

@@nosinfoodie9766 The main difference between mint and peppermint is that peppermint has the strongest flavour when compared to other members of the mint family. Mint refers to aromatic herbs produced by the species of the mint plant (Mentha). Peppermint is one such species. So, maybe start with 22-23 grams, blend the cream and taste it. If it’s not enough mint for you, add up to 30 grams 💚
