In today's video I'll run you guys through one of our focused drilling sessions.
I'm sharing this with you guys to show you how I personally like to drill and how I use this type of workout to really level up my cardio for BJJ.
I just got back from taking a month off, so drilling like this has been a great way to shake off the rust and get back into Brazilian Jiu-jitsu.
Focused drilling sessions are one of my favorite ways to get Jiu-jitsu cardio in, and I would recommend you try it out.
In this video we did a ton of movement drills with the focus on mastering the fundamental movements. You can try to implement these movements to your own training if you'd like.
Hopefully, if you're trying to get back in shape for grappling, these movements can be useful to you.
