Today I want to show you my favorite recipe for pork shoulder steaks. We will marinate them so that they are tender, juicy and perfectly salted.
Meat has a lot of fat, which needs a long cooking at a slow temperature to melt properly. With this recipe from something we cut from our steak, the fat becomes a great feeling melting in your mouth.
Another equally important reason is the sauce. It is real liquid gold. If you think about it, we actually prepared our own version of the French onion soup, but with pork… and steak.

8 pork neck steaks
1-1.5% g of salt (according to the amount of meat)
4 onions
1 plate of mushrooms (or a combination of mushrooms)
50 ml. wine
Bay leaf
thyme
pepper
For the mashed potatoes
1 kg. potatoes
100 g butter
150 ml. warmed milk
