Madam, I have been walking consistently for the last 6 years. Morning about 3.5 kms and after dinner 1km. I am doing solo walking. I keep chanting mantras while walking. I have quit my corporate life. Did msc yoga from svyasa banglore from 2021 to 2023.. I have just turned 60 years. I was doing yoga for 1 hour every day. Pure veg. No habits. Despite all this I had a heart attack during January 2024. Stent is put. No sugar or bp . Sleep is not consistently good. Yes I continue to walk about 7 Kms per day even now. I have not restarted yoga . Please tell me what else I should do. Regards, Srinivas .

@@devikabhatnagar Thank you Madam. I want to sleep like a child. I need guidance . ( I am an anxious and sensitive person) I am confident that I will come back with the grace of God. Just 15 days before the attack, I had climbed up Tirupati hills by climbing 2388 steps non stop. It took me 100 minutes . I didn't feel any sort of fatigue. Your videos are quite insightful and practical. Regards and best wishes
