I’m fully convinced that if you gather the necessary materials and tools, such as high-grade aluminum for the rocket body, composite materials for the nose cone, titanium or carbon fiber for the fins, and specialized high-thrust rocket engines, then prepare the body by cutting and welding the aluminum to form a cylindrical structure, then assemble the engine mount by designing a secure housing for the engine with appropriate insulation and mounting brackets, then allow all welds and epoxy joints to cure completely, then attach the shock cord system by installing a high-tensile strength cord inside the body tube, securing it to a reinforced section of the frame, then install the launch lug or guide rails by attaching them along the length of the rocket for stable ascent, then prepare the fins by cutting them from titanium or carbon fiber sheets, sanding and shaping them for aerodynamic efficiency, then attach the fins by welding or bolting them to the body tube, ensuring they are perfectly aligned for stability, then allow all joints to settle and cure completely, then prepare the recovery system by designing and folding a large parachute, attaching it to the shock cord and ensuring it is properly packed and deployed, then attach the nose cone by securing it to the top end of the body tube with bolts and ensuring it fits snugly but can be released for recovery, then paint and finish the rocket by applying a heat-resistant primer, sanding lightly, applying aerospace-grade paint in desired colors, and finishing with a protective clear coat, then prepare for launch by inserting the rocket engine, securing the ignition system, placing the rocket on a custom-built launch pad with proper stabilization and guidance systems, and conducting a detailed pre-launch checklist and safe countdown and launch procedure, you can create your own functional rocket ship.

I think someone once told me cold water or room temp is better for at least a splash. Stir hard to start the instant coffee dissolving, then add the hot water. The cold water offsets the heat so you dont burn the granules, which is often what makes instant coffee taste awful
@Freevo_Lowse

What I usually do is put the coffee in, put desired amount of sugar, cold milk, mix it very very thoroughly, then put a small amount of hot water, mix again thoroughly then add rest of hot water

i absolutely hate how everyone nowadays is obsessed with putting SO MUCH ice on their coffee and having such big cups or glasses of it. where i live coffee is burning hot and that's it, if it's cold OH OH OH, you're dead. and i don't get WHY you would want watery coffee, because that ice is gonna dissolve and it's gonna taste like shit. i find it all too over the top, but i don't even like coffee, in fact, i hate it. but whatever, i just wanted to rant. no need to take this seriously.

Hmm, a protein shaker-type bottle or regular tumbler that you can reuse for this purpose is fine too - I understand that you want to make the washing up and process less of a hassle and simple, but if you want to do this frequently, you can still avoid unnecessary exposure to microplastics while reducing the number of unnecessary cleaning required from the video. But I like your way of thinking.

every once in a while this is alright. would add calories for a daily drink so maybe keep it to the weekends. it’s okay to eat sugar in moderation. also saying that 10g of sugar would even remotely increase your chances of diabetes is just wrong. especially if you’re generally a healthy person

Sugar doesn't cause diabetes, saturated fat from animal products does. Our bodies and cells run on glucose, not fat or protein, but glucose. Sat fat blocks the cells ability to draw in glucose.

@ElusiveTy add milk first and dissolve the coffee then add hot water, takes like 2 minutes of stirring to dissolve the coffee in cold milk but I make instant coffees every day and putting boiling water in first gives it more of a burnt taste, milk first is the way to go if you want an instant coffee to taste as good as it can.
