Zucchini Fries
1 very large zucchini or 2 normal-sized zucchinis
- Remove the skin
- Slice into fry-size pieces either by hand or with a mandolin
- If using small zucchinis, allow them to sit in a strainer for a minimum of 10 minutes and then transfer to cheesecloth or paper towels and blot dry. If using large zucchinis, you can skip this step.
- Place zucchini fries into a large bowl and toss with a tablespoon of olive oil.
- Sprinkle with:
- 2 teaspoons of garlic powder and onion powder
- 1 teaspoon of paprika and salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
- 1-2 tablespoons of parmesan cheese (or more if it makes your heart happy)
Air fry for 10-14 minutes until crispy.
