Even getting such an idea which would build a legacy brand, needs much time. Its very easy to build food startups. Literally every 2nd startup is a food startup now. Technology startups will need time to grow. But much time needs to be invested in getting that epic idea and nurturing it till long. 💥

True. Even with KZitem, people like to jump in the trend wagon, get 2-3 Million views for 2-3 vids, and then disappear, getting only 2-3 k views. Vid Iq said a similar thing, that to build a good KZitem channel, you have to make everlasting content. Content that people will search for even after 10-15 years of posting that video. Same thing with start ups. You have to do stuff that will actually be done in the future, not stuff that will be abandoned after 2-3 years. You have to think and plan ahead for success.

It is similar to getting 50-60% hike when your salary is 6-7 lpa is way easier than getting the same amount of hike when your salary is 25-30lpa...

Every idea has a time. You see more startup fails that happened because they were started with a wrong timing, than any other reason. A good founder can always pivot to a great business ideas, even though they started at a shitty one if they have some traction. Building for 5 years down the line, when you can not identify traction or at least a niche of users is useless now is a waste of time. You can expand on the niche as things become mainstream, but if you can not identify any paying niche, it is pretty useless, and a waste of time. Also, to generate good ideas, you need to experience the world, rather than simply browse internet which gives filtered information to previous searches, and get your hands dirty with ENGINEERING and not CONTENT CREATION AND NO-CODE, which is so easily reproducible. Most major problems in the world won't get solved by no-code tools, and content creation companies, but by really hard-working engineers, which unfortunately AT LEAST you are not promoting, but removing incentives to work hard because of too bombastic AI hype videos, where every other job is doomed, because world runs only on content creation.

What you told in this video is a terrible idea. I define an idea for starting a business venture or a startup as "the problem that people want to solve for themselves, but they are unable to either determine the problem in the first place, or they are disabled in any shape or form (like not having the intellectual ability to code a website in case of squarespace), or the desire of people NOT to be guided(and by guided, I mean to say that when you give guidance to someone, while wanting that someone to do something, you misguide him or her. So, basically, in most tech companies, people are guided in the form of being and getting misguided) in the midst of innovation (like an OS like windows), but to guide the innovative idea into transitioning of what I call an unknown outcome (like in case of apple)." The last part is little bit complicated, so let me simplify it. The last part speaks - "an idea is the desire of people NOT to be guided in the midst of innovation (like an OS like windows). An example would mean that people don't want to get a final product (which is guidance in reference to creators of windows, and misguidance for the person who purchases windows, because he does not know that updates are nothing but ways to what I metaphorically say as fixing the cracks on your window (of your house), meaning, when you release an update, you do it not for fixing a problem, like a bug, but you do it for identifying the bug that would cause a bug. It's basically the way you think. And don't get angry on me for speaking the truth. I added metaphorically part to make you laugh.), which will be updated as time goes on. Since windows will be updated as time goes on, the user feels that it is in the midst of innovation, and he thinks that he is not "a part of innovation", because, something that is in the middle of innovation is something that the user cannot be a part of not because the final product is not ready or any xyz reason, rather, when you are in the middle of innovation, you don't feel that you are guiding that innovative process. The best way to guide the innovative process is to feel that my desire is being fulfilled without being asked, which is, building an intuitive product, which is the case with google. So, the idea should be built around the desire of people to guide the innovative idea into transitioning of what I call an unknown outcome. I mean to say that the idea should make people feel that they are starting a MEGA TREND by guiding the ways of the society "by (and into)" that innovative idea and transitioning the product/service knowing that the outcome is unknown. Knowing that the outcome will be unknown means, an outcome that is determined by the people who actually use "THE" product/service, and not an outcome desired by the people who use "A" product/service. And you can call the people who use "A" product/service as the blind masses who enjoy trends, of people who use "THE" product or service. I am using my right for free speech... Its a joke.

It's about having an idea that will kick off in 5yrs and will stay relevant and useful for many upcoming years... The money-making money thing at the end means huge revenues, profits and fast growth. You may be making enough money to survive or expand slowly for 5yrs until your idea takes off. Starting there will be only a handful of people like you and your co-founders and maybe a couple of employees. Revenue may be coming from a small no. of clients or maybe you had to rely on angel investors or invest on your own.

Problem is every young entrepreneur is fascinated by the concept having a startup, and are indirectly pursuing trend which will make them rich & famous. So doing something for the future (say 5 years ahead) would be contradicting their goal. I don't think this as a problem but, if they are in the game, the ecosystem will make them pivot eventually.

0:35 the main thing here i ls 'MIGHT' it means even you did perfectly calculation , research, prediction everything but because it's real world and not a game it is always unpredictable what will happen next . Just like before yt there was vines ( short funny content) popular and then after years later musically ( also a short content app ) But after tic tok all social media companies made their own ticktok thing inside the app . But same thing didn't happen with vines . So most of the ideas are either too early or too late , very few hit the exact time and that's just luck .

Starting a business is risky and also starting a business which gives a solution for a problem to occur or start to occur after 5 years is even more risky as we also not sure if that problem will really occur and the demand of the solution will really be required because even with some research we still cannot be sure for a problem to occur so the risk factors is still higher But as one says "high risk high return" So one needs to take risk if they have to go for a business that will solve a problem after 5 years.

The problem is..... The way tech is evolving and involving itself into our lives (AI) We have no idea of what will take a shot after 5 years like 5 years of hardwork waiting for a hit and then new technology comes up crushing their product/service and also if they wait for the next 5 years they need to survive for 5 years, they need to operate for 5 years with losses This is the main reason why companies are focusing on the present, creating their brand value and then for any new thing, they simply make a subdivision of the first company and focus on it (as subdivision will inherit some brand value from the previous one and also a sense of trust just like TATA)
