While the science and evidence of climate change is undeniable, and I support the bill and US efforts to fight climate change, I don't really see how a political bill is scientific in nature, let alone a breakthrough.

Didn't Manchin make sure the bill only would get passed if it also would allow drilling in the North pole and other major concessions which made the whole goal of the bill practically nett pointless?!

Well the goal is to reduce inflation, hence the name. More supply means less inflation. I'm not sure what your talking about

Both the common person and shareholders can benefit. Rarely does anything big get done without someone making money these days. That's the climate we live in now. One day we can shake it off, until then teaming up is the best we can do 90% of the time.

Go read the paper and judge yourself. Once you do you can give specific criticism pointing out what they did wrong. Until then simply disbelieving, i.e. incredulousness, a discovery is not an argument.
