The very end of a truly amazing batch of albums. Blessed that I lived through my teens/20s with this band as a backdrop ❤

I'm so thankful for 2metersessions uploading this incredible archive of mainstream artists and indie artists at their absolute peak. These are the best representations of artists. Only thing I wish we had was a video version of Eleven's set from 1991/1992 and STP's set from 1993. But this Black Crowes performance and Sheryl Crow's might be the best yet. Thank you so much 2 Meter Sessies!

This line up and and the reformed z2005 Marc Ford 6 months of live shows. I love every version of this Band. Dark and twisted dangerous. Marc and Eddy brought a lot to Chris and Rich’ songs

God arranged this Crowes line up on the 7th day.... Gorman, Ford, Colt, Harsch and the Robinsons are the cold water on the desert, smoke from crisp joints. Albums from this line up are most collectable.....

what happens to the audio on "sting me"?!? after the first song all of a sudden you get vocals/marc ford's guitar/kick drum on the left channel with rich's guitar/bass/snare drum on the right channel (oddly enough in the rest of the session you can distinctly hear rich on left and marc on right). plus there is a sort of ambient/room mics all spread around... a bit like the old beatles records but in a kinda unpleasant way to me. as i told this happens only on that second track, the rest of the gig is standard L/R mix and sounds pretty good (like each and every 2 meter sessies i happened to listen). that said, great session!

They were probably trying to replicate the studio track. Right and left sides. Listen to the studio track. I'm just starting this show, it's amazing, but that's my best guess

Hi I recorded this session and I m not sure what happened with the 2 nd song , probably a take where I wasn t ready with the sound , the sessions were not mixed afterwards, just direct to 2!track with a short soundcheck, Grt Han

I prefer the original band I saw on the 1st album tour, It should be rebranded The Robinson Brothers Band, when they like each other anyway.

THIS is how I want to remember TBC! Luther era was fine, but now they are just pissing on their legacy. Then again, I don’t consider them to be TBC anymore, it’s just the Robinson Brothers, and that’s it. ✌️

Agreed. I would advise them to mend fences with Gorman and Ford, then get Marc Slocum on keys. That would come very close to this classic lineup.
