RECIPE:
Brussels sprouts 300 gr.
Fill with water.
Juice of 1/2 lemon.
Leave on for 20 minutes.
2 red onions.
Olive oil.
Fry over medium heat.
2 garlic.
Fry for 1 minute.
2 carrots.
Fry over low heat for 5 minutes.
Drain the water.
Add cabbage to vegetables.
Fry over low heat for 5 minutes.
Juice of 1/2 orange.
Water 250 ml.
Juice of 1/2 lemon.
Turmeric 1/2 teaspoon.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Mix well.
When it boils, reduce the heat and let it cook for another 5 minutes.
