Couple tricks I learned from an old body man (40 plus years). He always washed the car with warm soapy water before and after sanding, used filtered compressed air to dry it. The reason was to remove all grease and dirt from the body jams and panels. Number two; never us a bucket of water when wet sanding (yes, never), always get the water from a garden hose. Turn the water flow down so your not getting drowned and tape up the metal end. What this does it flushes the paint that is removed by the sanding process away from the work area. When you use a bucket our recycling the dirt and removed paint. You may think that these two steps are unnecessary or worthless but as you gain and grow your paint and body skills they will be the next level for increasing your skill set making you a better body man as your work always displays your level of skills. Great job.

I have had 10 different jobs going at the same time use up parts on one go to the next jamb hoods, fenders, doors, tail gates, beds, etc etc. It's controlled cahos when you're busy I am sure they have customers cars also....repaiables are good fill ins and make a little money on or a killing if ya buy it right.....but seldom do they buy used parts most of the time it's should be in in a few days from the dealer....I am mostly a " why go new when used will do" but I didn't get checks from KZitem and sponsors...I think it is great they can do it and make loads of cash 👍...not me though I got a face made for radio.

Are you fucking serious?, the bodywork on the hood is terrible and the color match is not even close, look at the left fender where it meets the bar. What a joke, can't even match white. LMFAO "Amazing job". i like this channel & been following it for years now; however i think the paint jobs are mostly of poor quality from prep work to the paint booth. The middle of the hood on this 340i isn't spot on (far from it actually), & can be clearly discerned b/w 16:10 to 16:13. the paint booth floor isn't water sprayed to catch all particulates, the masking is really not required when you can dismantle a hood, fender, & front in 5 minutes and have the entire parts painted from all sides (back & front) instead of just the outer side just like you'd see it from factory.
