very interesting, I start my Study Routines everyday immediately after waking up too. 45/15 Pomodori. i use the break for preparing myself for work. At Work I walk up to 10000 steps, so I guess, i do have some regular movement.The only thing I need to improve is study sessions at the weekend. 💪

The same thing is happening to me After studying for 45mins to 1 hour it's like I can't absorb anything else, my brain just shuts down and even reading the easiest thing seems so hard. I want to increase the number of study slots each day but don't know how Right now I can hardly study for an hour in the morning and another hour at night If this continues I can hardly clear the exam that I am aiming for.
