I chose to take this course online, after taking a previous nutrition course. I appreciate the way you describe the material. I feel I have grasped it much further than the textbook with your lecture.i would have loved to have this course with you. It would be wonderful to have more lectures such as this in the online learning experience!

I am guessing that the excessive fiber effects are specifically meant for those who eat a typical US diet. just looked and my daily average for the past week is estimated as 68 g. While it does not happen very often, I have days above 200 g and have never felt any discomfort.

1 to 4 hours as carbs take that much time to get digested so during competition you will be with ample of energy you are requiring
