I went on a mission to buy the cheapest HF rig I could find on Ebay. The uSDR at $125 is indeed the cheapest all-mode HF ready-to-go radio I have found. This little guy will fit in the palm of your hand and could most likely slip into a pocket on your next hiking trip. It is small, yes, but will it perform? In this video we unbox this little rig, talk about who would benefit from a rig such as this and try to make a couple of contacts with it. Join me on today's adventure.
