Ingredients and recipe:
- Warm water 250 ml
- Warm milk 250 ml
- Yeast 8 g (2 tsp)
- Sugar 1.5 tbsp.
- Salt 1.5 tsp.
1. Mix all ingredients
- Vegetable oil 100 ml
2. Stir again
- All-purpose wheat flour 850 - 900 g (add in parts)
3. Mix ingredients with a spatula
4. Knead the dough in a bowl for 1-2 minutes
5. Put the dough on the table and knead for 5-6 minutes
6. The dough should be smooth and not stick to your hands.
7. Grease a bowl with vegetable oil
8. Cover the dough with a towel and let it rest for 50-55 minutes
9. The dough rose well, what a beauty!

11. Dough weight 1366 g.
12. Divide the dough into 3 equal parts
13. Roll them into a ball
14. Cover with a towel and leave for 10-15 minutes
15. Roll out the dough into a rectangle (30x40 cm).
- Melted butter 100 g

17. Fold the dough into an envelope like in the video
18. Grease again with butter
19. Fold the dough again, repeat after me
20. Place the dough on a plate
21. Do the same with the remaining pieces of dough
22. Cover with cling film and let rest for 30-35 minutes
23. The dough has risen, very airy and soft
24. Stretch the dough with your hands
- Grate 300 g of cheese (mozzarella and cheddar).

26. Seal the edges and place in a baking dish
27. Do the same with the remaining pieces of dough
28. Cover with a towel and leave for 25-30 minutes
- Egg yolk 1 piece.
- Olive oil 1 tbsp.

32. Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 30-35 minutes
