True story. 2 years ago I ran into this chick at the gym she was 48 years old. She didn't have a fucking clue what she was doing, never stepped in the gym ever before in her life. Started showing her a couple things I told her my wife and I train the Yates way! Anyways somehow she starts working out with my wife 4 days a week with weights never misses a workout. My point is that the Yates way workout has completely turned this woman's life around. She has crohn's disease so at the beginning she was a little fragile but now 2 years later it's not even the same person. She weighs about the same, only 110 pounds but the body is totally different, before frail looking now confident with swagger. Yates way is 100% best way to go. Hard to explain how effective this program works.
